First Contact: You contact me so that I can get a sense of the situation you are preaching in at the moment and so we can talk about how you would like to work with me.  I can also help with technical issues – how to tape your sermons, ideas on how to pay for this process and so forth. 

Gathering Information:  There are other ways we could work together, but generally it's good to begin with 3 video  sermons. Sometimes that includes some  self-evaluation questions about those sermons. As appropriate, the congregation could also help us understand what they heard in the three sermons.

Evaluation: Once you have mailed the material to me, I will view and read it all. I generally evaluate in five areas: Spiritual Formation of the Preacher, Work with the Biblical Text, The Message: Do you have something to say that matters?, The Sermon Itself: Form and Language, Delivery

Mapping Your Future Growth: Then we meet on the phone to talk about areas of strength in your preaching and suggest next steps in your growth as a preacher. I’ll write up the conversation, along with any goals you’ve set for your own growth, and send it to you for your reference.

Disclaimer: Since I do offer preaching coach services, I may suggest ways that I might help you take the next step in your growth. On the other hand, there are always next steps that you can take without me. We will talk about those too. So, let me make this pledge: I will not tailor my comments to drum up business.
